Continuing with the theme of birds, I took these shots of eagles while horsesitting a couple of weeks ago. I often saw the pair of eagles, whose nest was on the neighbouring property, observing their world from a tall tree at the end of the driveway. No doubt they were eyeing the many wild rabbits, though I never saw them catch any. Of course, I also left Mitzi indoors during these photography sessions, and kept her very close whenever she was outside with me and the eagles were in sight.
