She has been completely silent until now. But I guess I was too slow preparing dinner for the canine crew (it is a bit complicated and time consuming, as all three dogs currently have different needs and different pills/supplements). I was standing at the counter, the dogs behind me, when all of a sudden
WOOF!
Very loud, very deep, very demanding.
Okay, Pepper, dinner is coming. Right away, ma'am. As soon as I scrape myself and your food off the ceiling.

WHAT???? You took time out and away from their meal prep to blog???
THAT alone is deserves another deep, rumbling WOOF, as in "chop chop, food person!"
:-)
I was laughing so hard at her big deep voice that I probably would have chopped my fingers off!
I sure hope she is with you long enough for me to meet her.If it wasn't for distance and that expensive ferry ride I would be coming for tea with Miss Pepper "real soon".Referring to the previous post, remember how long it took Sadie to stop looking for her folks. What difficult times we live through. Pepper's mama must have loved her very much to swallow her pride and return her to the SPCA where she would have a chance at life and decent food and shelter. You are the companion Pepper needs right now.

Congratulation Pepper!
A big hug to you!
It cracks me up when you finally hear a voice from the silent. I never imagine their voices correctly. Yay Pepper!!
