I just don't understand people that don't spay/neuter their pet for no reason other than they don't like it! when it is easy, and at least in Ontario, there are cheap clinics where you can get it done!! You avoid alot of

1) behavioural problems

2) unwanted babies

3) medical issues

4)roaming

5)territory marking (esp. in males) and

6) just the annoyingness of having a female dog in heat with the bleeding, or a female cat in heat with the yowling!!

Just my 2 cents. Although I think that people can be good breeders and responsible. I personally work with/am just starting out as a breeder of purebred dogs. We do everything we can to learn about our chosen breed and also canines in general. Our dogs are all registered and our show dogs all receive a championship before they are bred. We breed 1-2 litters per year, and the puppies (who are microchipped, vetted, have first shots and 6 weeks of pet insurance) are usually sold before they are born, or shortly there after. But I get where you are coming from with the mess. It is terrible.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4041437999194031830.post-65210389724615097682010-11-16T06:32:32.499-08:002010-11-16T06:32:32.499-08:00You have brought your readers right into your cudd...You have brought your readers right into your cuddly- cute, poop-smeared, emotionally and physically exhausting world, Jean.
