She was so little and I knew her coat wasn't designed to keep her warm in the temperatures we've had lately. I wonder if she slept at all during the nights, or if she just kept running non-stop. I always tie the leash to the seat belt or something in my car so there aren't any dashers when I open the car door, if I'm transporting dogs I don't know.
